What does it mean to do it different?
Most lead gen companies sell you a list, charge a monthly retainer, and leave you to chase people who never agreed to be contacted. We don't do that. We run your Facebook ads, qualify every homeowner who responds, and book the inspection directly onto your calendar — fully automated. You approve the setup before it goes live. After that, your only job is showing up. You pay $200 per inspection booked. Nothing upfront, no retainer, no chasing.
How fast does it go live?
After your strategy call, setup typically takes 3–5 business days. We build your ad campaigns, configure the qualification system, and connect your calendar. You review everything before we flip it on.
What happens after the 7-day pilot?
If you want to continue, you save a card on file and we bill $200 for each inspection booked going forward. You cover your own ad spend directly through your ad account — we never touch that money. If you don't want to continue after the pilot, you walk away and owe nothing.
Is there a contract?
No long-term commitment. You agree to our terms of service when you onboard — standard stuff covering billing, scope, and how we handle your data. Beyond that, you can cancel any time. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.
What if my market is already taken before our call?
We verify market availability when you enter your county — before you ever book a call. We only work with one contractor per market. If your area is taken, it's taken. If it looks strong, don't wait.
Who runs the ads?
You need a Facebook Business account and an active ad account — we'll walk you through setup if you don't have one. Once you're connected, we build the campaigns, write the creative, manage the spend, and optimize the targeting. You approve everything before it goes live. After that, you don't touch it.
What's my ad spend?
We recommend starting at $30/day ($210 over the 7-day pilot — which we cover). After the pilot, you control your own budget. Most markets perform well at $20–$40/day. We'll tell you if your market warrants more.
What if a homeowner no-shows?
We bill $200 when an inspection lands on your calendar. We don't offer refunds for no-shows. What we do offer is a lead form designed to weed out renters, unserious homeowners, and people who won't commit to a time — so by the time a booking hits your calendar, it's not a random stranger.
