Agreement to Terms
By accessing integratedss.net or submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
About Our Services
Integrated Software Solutions LLC provides done-for-you lead generation and inspection booking services for residential roofing contractors. Our services include:
- Meta advertising campaign build, launch, and daily management
- Homeowner lead qualification and automated inspection booking
- Calendar integration and automated confirmation and reminder sequences
- Dedicated account management throughout the engagement
Services operate on a pay-per-result model. There is no setup fee and no monthly retainer. Fees are charged per booked inspection as described in the Billing & Payment section below.
Billing & Payment
By completing the onboarding process, you authorize Integrated Software Solutions LLC to save a payment method on file via Stripe. No charge is made at the time of onboarding.
Pilot Period. For eligible new markets, Integrated Software Solutions LLC covers $210 in Meta ad spend during the first 7 days of your campaign at no cost to you. All inspections booked during this period are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue after the pilot. You owe nothing for the pilot period.
Per-Inspection Fee. After the pilot period, your engagement continues automatically and per-inspection fees apply until you notify Integrated Software Solutions LLC of cancellation in writing. A fee of $200 is charged per booked inspection. A booking is defined as a confirmed inspection appointment delivered to your calendar through the Integrated Software Solutions LLC booking system. Fees are charged automatically to your card on file at the time of booking.
No-Shows. The $200 fee applies when an inspection is booked onto your calendar, regardless of whether the homeowner attends. Integrated Software Solutions LLC is not responsible for homeowner attendance. If you believe a booking was charged in error due to a system failure on our end, contact us at info@integratedss.net. Integrated Software Solutions LLC will review disputed charges on a case-by-case basis and issue a refund if the error is verified to be on our end.
Ad Spend. After the pilot period, you are responsible for your own Meta advertising spend, billed directly to you by Meta. Integrated Software Solutions LLC does not handle, collect, or have access to your Meta ad account billing. Your ad spend is separate from and in addition to Integrated Software Solutions LLC per-inspection fees.
Market Exclusivity
Integrated Software Solutions LLC operates on a one-contractor-per-market basis. Once your market is claimed, Integrated Software Solutions LLC will not run competing roofing lead generation campaigns in your county for another contractor during your active engagement.
Market exclusivity applies only during an active engagement and does not survive cancellation. If your engagement is cancelled or lapses, your market may be made available to other contractors.
Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement with Integrated Software Solutions LLC at any time by sending written notice via email to info@integratedss.net from the email address on file with your account. Cancellation requests submitted through other channels (such as phone, SMS, or social media) are not considered valid written notice. Integrated Software Solutions LLC will pause all active campaigns within one business day of receiving valid written notice.
Engagements with Integrated Software Solutions LLC are month-to-month with no minimum term. There is no contract lock-in. Your engagement continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with the terms above.
Data Handling on Termination
Upon cancellation or termination of your engagement, Integrated Software Solutions LLC will retain homeowner lead data generated through your campaigns in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not transfer or sell lead data to third parties. If you request a copy of the homeowner lead data generated specifically for your account prior to termination, Integrated Software Solutions LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide it in a standard format within 10 business days of receiving a written request. We are not obligated to retain data beyond the period required by our standard data retention policy.
You remain solely responsible for any ad spend billed directly to you by Meta Ads. Integrated Software Solutions LLC is not liable for Meta billing incurred after campaigns have been paused following your cancellation notice. Any inspections booked through campaigns that continue to run after Integrated Software Solutions LLC has paused its management are outside the scope of this agreement and are not subject to Integrated Software Solutions LLC per-inspection fees.
Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to be contacted by Integrated Software Solutions LLC via phone, email, or text message for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Integrated Software Solutions LLC operates an SMS messaging program used to send appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, and service-related updates to opted-in contacts. Message types include non-marketing service messages (such as appointment reminders and consultation follow-ups) and, for contractor contacts only, marketing or promotional messages (such as special offers and updates). SMS communications to homeowners through the Integrated Software Solutions LLC platform are strictly non-marketing and transactional in nature.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly at info@integratedss.net. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Message frequency may vary.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS services are only available to users 18 years of age or older.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, system designs, copy, and page layouts — is the property of Integrated Software Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Integrated Software Solutions LLC.
No Guarantees of Results
Integrated Software Solutions LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific lead volumes, booking rates, revenue outcomes, or return on investment. Results vary based on market conditions, geographic area, advertising spend, competition, and other factors outside our direct control.
Any statistics or metrics referenced on this website represent general outcomes and are not guarantees of individual results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Software Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for those specific services during the preceding 30 days.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve the use of third-party platforms including Meta Ads, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Cal.com, n8n, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card data is stored and processed by Stripe and is never stored on Integrated Software Solutions LLC systems. By providing a payment method at onboarding, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the services provided by Integrated Software Solutions LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Oregon. Each party will be responsible for its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
YOU AND INTEGRATED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as described in the Dispute Resolution section above. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms (including for injunctive or equitable relief), the exclusive venue shall be Clackamas County, Oregon, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of courts located therein.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Contractor Representations
By completing the onboarding process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your business name, contact information, service area, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current. Integrated Software Solutions LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or failed service resulting from inaccurate information provided at onboarding or at any point during the engagement.
Market Analysis Disclaimer
Any market size estimates, audience figures, cost-per-lead projections, or ad spend recommendations provided through the Integrated Software Solutions LLC website or market analysis tools are estimates only, generated from third-party data sources including Meta audience data. These figures are provided AS-IS and are not a guarantee of actual market size, lead volume, campaign performance, or return on investment. Actual results may vary materially from estimates based on market conditions, competition, seasonality, and other factors outside our control.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY INTEGRATED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. INTEGRATED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM INTEGRATED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Integrated Software Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) any inaccurate or misleading information you provide to Integrated Software Solutions LLC or to homeowners through the booking system; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Integrated Software Solutions LLC Right to Terminate
Integrated Software Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your engagement, pause or permanently stop your campaigns, and refuse future service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse of the booking system, violation of these Terms, or conduct that Integrated Software Solutions LLC determines to be harmful to its operations, reputation, or other clients. In the event of termination by Integrated Software Solutions LLC, you will not be charged for inspections booked after the termination date.
